Questions, answered.
- What is a lookup?
- A lookup is one distinct category or app you open in a calendar month. Free includes 3 per month. Re-opening something you've already viewed that month is free; it doesn't spend another lookup, and the count resets on the 1st. Paid plans have no lookup budget.
- How does the free tier work?
- Free is full-depth, not a crippled demo: every lookup you spend gets the complete read: pain clusters, component scoring, and advanced mode. The only limit is how many distinct categories or apps you open each month. Upgrade when you want unlimited lookups and ongoing tracking.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. There's no contract or lock-in. Cancel from the Stripe portal whenever you like, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. When a paid plan lapses, ongoing tracking pauses and you drop back to the free tier.
- Do you offer refunds?
- If something isn't right, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll sort out a refund. We'd rather you stay because the product earns it, not because you're stuck.
